LMS Summer Internship - GEM Team

Are you looking for an internship that is more like a study abroad program? Because we are looking for interns that will work with our GEM team based in South Florida supporting the Carnival Cruise Line Medallion project!

This may be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be immersed in a real-world learning situation where every day presents new challenges and opportunities!

Our "right fit" interns are currently in college and pursuing a career in technology, business, or hospitality, and are in their junior or senior year where they can be dedicated to this role for a semester. This includes full-time work hours up to and possibly exceeding 40 hours per week on a flexible schedule. As such, we are able to offer flexibility in this arrangement as well.

It is conceivable that this internship may present an opportunity for full-time employment upon college graduation. This is a possibility, not a guarantee, but may be viewed as the preferred outcome of this internship.

Job Needs and Characteristics

As an Intern, you will play an essential role in collaborating with all GEM team members to provide rapid support and solutions in a multi-faceted environment. The right candidates for this internship will carry enthusiasm and passion, outweighing any experience as long as they have a positive, forward-thinking attitude for highly-detailed projects.

As an intern on the GEM team, you will be performing tasks, duties, and responsibilities that support leadership and the company. You WILL be asked to do things that you have never done before and to lean into these challenges with an attitude and desire to accomplish them.

While these duties do not require an advanced degree, they require a person to perform them with a smile on their face while understanding that this role performs essential tasks that support the company as a whole.
