Senior Experience Integration Manager

Job Needs and Characteristics

The Senior Experience Integration Manager will work alongside the Innovation team at Carnival Corporation (CCL) to translate their vision of a hyper-personalized guest experience with the OCEAN™ Medallion into a deliverable product.

Qualifications

  • Hotel Operations Leadership Experience
  • Exceptional communications including: spoken, written, active listening, and general body language
  • Outstanding critical thinking abilities
  • Experience in technical operations systems and processes
  • Curious, polite, professional, and engaging interpersonal skills
  • Project lead experience in coordinating, communicating, and delivering functional results       

Responsibilities

  • Maintain records and provide project operations support, shipboard and onshore
  • Work with the global staff to implement and establish deliverable products
  • Communicate with stakeholders and brand representatives to share progress and integration efforts
  • Provide assistance to leadership and development teams regarding wearable technology and function both onshore and onboard
  • Track and monitor operations systems regarding the project vision
  • Contribute to long-term operational strategy and technical roadmaps        


Salary range is up to 100k based upon skills and past experience.
