Job Needs and Characteristics
This position will work as a shipboard resource, acting as the liaison between ship management and onshore company resources. The ability to travel and be deployed for 20-30 days at a time is required for this role, with 2-3 weeks on land.
The Location Services Technician will support the Incident Management Team in tracking, managing, and solving incidents that interrupt the Guest experience. The Location Services Technician will have the opportunity to travel to new countries, meet people from around the world, and learn valuable skills along the way. This will include collaboration at the forefront of innovation with Carnival Corporation (CCL) for experience business solutions regarding the OCEAN™ Medallion.

As a Location Services Technician, you will diagnose technology issues using specialty software and make solution-based recommendations to fix issues in a timely fashion. This is a highly innovative technology role that is perfect for tech-savvy individuals who thrive on both personal interaction and troubleshooting.
Salary range is up to 50k based on skills and past experience.
